Tana was amazing to work with! She is very professional and knowledgeable about the Chapel Hill/triangle area & which was really helpful since we were moving from a different city. She is meticulous in detail and found things we didn’t notice or couldn’t see online. She even squeezed us in a last-minute showing which ended up being the home we loved and chose. We had a situation that required us to sell a house from out of town. Tana could not have been a better person to handle it for us. We leaned on her heavily to help with all parts, from getting it ready to sell to the actual sale. She made the process as positive as possible while also getting top dollar, and within a week, in a very uncertain market. She was amazing and I don’t say that lightly as I’m a harsh critic of real estate agents. It’s the first time in my experience of buying or selling a house (done it 7 times) that I thought the commission was worth every nickel and then some. Highly recommend with no reservations.
